DIRECTIONS & PARKING
Grand Junction Convention Center is located at 159 Main St. Grand Junction, CO 81501.

There is plenty of parking in downtown Grand Junction whether you are staying overnight or just coming in for the day. There are a few designated participant parking spots in the South Lot at the Grand Junction Convention Center, but they do fill up quickly.
THE MONUMENT
Colorado National Monument preserves one of the grand landscapes of the American West, but this treasure is much more than a monument. Towering monoliths exist within a vast plateau and canyon panorama. You can experience sheer-walled, red rock canyons along the twists and turns of Rim Rock Drive, where you may spy bighorn sheep and soaring eagles. The Colorado National Monument is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

HISTORIC RIM ROCK DRIVE
Rim Rock Drive through the Colorado National Monument is one of the most spectacular drives in the United States. Red rock canyons, crisp blue skies and verdant green juniper, splash fantastic views along the way for motorists and bicyclists alike. However, the road is challenging, narrow and steep in some sections with sheer drop-offs. Special considerations must be made for road travel since motorists and bicyclists share the road. Use caution when on tight corners and hills. On the east side of the monument, motorists may encounter large trucks that use four miles of the monument’s roadway to access the community of Glade Park.
CELEBRATION / POST-RIDE LUNCH
Stick around after your ride for the Harvest Moon Celebration, complete with an expo, lunch, live entertainment and beer garden. Check out the latest cycling gear, accessories and nutrition products. You’ll find great bargains on apparel, equipment and more. Inform your friends and family that the expo is also open during the ride itself, so while you are on the course, they can enjoy the exhibits.
Lunch is open to all Tour of the Moon participants. The tag off your bib is your lunch ticket, so please keep that intact until after lunch.
Extra tickets to the post-ride meal will also be available for friends and family. You may purchase them at the event or when you register online.
BECOME AN EXHIBITOR
Becoming an exhibitor means that participants, friends and family will be able to see, feel and experience your products in person. Not a bad way to spend a weekend and promote your brand, don’t you think? Click here to learn more about expo pricing, load-in and strike.
BIKE LIGHTS IN THE MONUMENT
The Colorado National Monument requires that all cyclists (regardless of whether they are in an organized event or riding on their own) have a white light that is visible from a distance of at least 500 feet to the front and a red light that is visible from at least 200 feet to the rear. The Monument has 3 tunnels, bored through solid rock, that do not have lights, thus the reason for this safety requirement. All cyclists and support vehicles are required to USE the lights in the three tunnels (you may turn them off once you’ve exited).
A limited number of Cateye Light Sets will be available for purchase at Registration.
Our partnering bike shops – Over the Edge Sports, Ruby Canyon Cycles and Brown Cycles will have a limited number of lights available as well.
